By downloading or using Roary Baby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Description of the Service
Roary Baby is a baby-tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to record and share:
- Feeding information
- Diaper changes
- Vitamin and supplement administration
- Baby care activity history
2. User Accounts
- The App uses anonymous authentication.
- You are responsible for securing your device and any recovery credentials.
- You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Access or attempt to access data you do not own or control
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with App operation
4. Family Sharing
- You control who can access your baby profiles.
- Invited users may view and edit shared data.
- Access may be revoked at any time.
5. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including reliability, availability, or data accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.
In all cases, the developer's total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
11. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
